Nursery Hours

Sunday Mornings: 9:00 and 10:30
Sunday Evenings: 5:00 PM (September – April)


Check In

Check-in your child at the Children’s Welcome Station in the foyer before bringing your child to the nursery.

Our experienced nursery volunteers are happy to care for your child in a safe, friendly environment! We offer care for children ages birth through two-years-old.


Infant/Nursing Room

An infant/nursing room is available for nursing moms. It is connected to the nursery and is equipped with cribs, rocking chair and changing table.


Snacks

A snack of goldfish crackers or Cheerios is provided to crawlers/walkers unless the nursery staff is informed otherwise by parents.

Our nursery is a PEANUT-FREE zone!


Nursery Team

Our nursery staff consists of at least one adult caregiver and one or more adult or youth volunteers. All nursery workers are required to complete a background check application.

Check-In Procedures

  • Bring a diaper bag supplied with at least 2 diapers, change of clothes, a bottle/formula if needed, a bib, and any other special items your child might need.
  • Clearly label your child’s diaper bag, bottle/sippy cup, and other special items.
  • Your cell phone number is used as a pager should the nursery staff need to contact you.

Illness Policy

We kindly ask that you do not put your child in the nursery if they have experienced any of the following within 24-48 hours:

  • fever
  • runny nose (yellow/green)
  • diarrhea
  • vomiting
  • pink-eye
  • strep throat
  • common cold symptoms
  • flu symptoms
  • rash of any kind
  • or, any other questionable symptoms

*If your child is on an antibiotic, he/she must be on it for at least 24 hours before coming into the nursery.

*The nursery is cleaned and sanitized on a regular basis to help reduce the spread of germs.
